The apartment is placed in the central district Appio, to the 3° plan with elevator, in a calm and nice house of four plans. The position is strategic for the convenience of the connections: subway stop ”Colli Albani” to 350 meters, urban bus for the historical center to 50 meters. The zone is among the most commercial of Rome, with the famous Appia street that directly connect to the district of St. Giovanni, a showcase of shops long three kilometers!

Elegant, with a surface of 40 mqs., it has a matrimonial bed + a sofa-bed two places.
The kitchen is finish wood, with top in granite. The appliances, among which the gas cooker with 4 fires and the frigo with freezer, offers the necessary home confort to spend a vacation complete of every convenience.
