Furnished flat to let for holydays in a central but peaceful place in Cagliari (Sardinia); Taxi service free from airport or port to home, max four persons whith little baggages. It is on the street which directly, in 3 Km, leads to the Poetto beach and to the principal beach front concessions. The beach continues for 9 Km and ends at the beginning of the panoramic road which, in 40 Km, leads to Villasimius, the pearl of southern Sardinia, and to the beaches of Costa Rey, Cala Sinzias and Su Juncu.
Situated at the mezzanine floor, it consists of two wide and sunny bedrooms, a little living room with air conditioning, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A cellar is available for sea equipment.
The beds are so distribute: a room with a bunk bed and one bed added; the second room with a single-double bed and a single bed.
As equipment, electric winter heating, drinking water reserve, traditional and microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, television set.
