Description:

Alicudi is one of the eleven apartments in the Residence From Concettina, with the same comfort and furnished with taste and elegance, situated in a privileged position, into the frame of Taormina Mare, a few hundred meters from the famous beach of Isolabella .

Alicudi is a pretty bivano of about 50 sqm on the ground floor of a residence which is located a few steps from the beach, handy for those who do not like to do the stairs.

It consists of a bedroom, bathroom and a living room-kitchen. All rooms are equipped with windows, which make them very bright. It can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.

The bedroom is served by a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer.

The living room-kitchen is spacious with comfortable sofa bed, a modern kitchen + of 2.55 m, well organized and equipped with all you need, with gas cooker, fridge, freezer.

Each room has air conditioning and heating with programmable remote.

Are also provided for Lcd Tv Sat, positioned in the room and the kitchen, ironing board, iron.

At disposal of our visitors, we offer different types of apartments, including 8 bivani (4 +1, 55 sqm.) Monovani and 2 (2 +1 about 30 sqm.) Overlooking the sea front or side.

Facilities are Concettina, Pinuccio and Kristina, offering an innovative solution for a pleasant stay, in order to make the customer feel at home in a clean and familiar.

The linen room, bathroom and kitchen is provided in the apartment.
The costs include consumption of the electricity, water and gas.
At disposal of guests there is also a private garage (not included in the price).

The price includes water expenses, electricity, linen, air conditioning.

Upon arrival, the customer pays a deposit of € 200.00 disclose keys that will be returned after delivery of the regular rent.

To get to our apartment is very easy: take the A18 motorway and proceed to the exit of Taormina. Instead of getting in Taormina, continue driving towards Taormina Mare. On the main road turn left and proceed. After about 2 km you will arrive in Letojanni. At the entrance of the village turn left towards Mazzeo ”Taormina Mare.” Here you will find on our waterfront residence.

From this place you can visit the surrounding valleys (Alkantara, Nisi, Agrò), make trips on the majestic volcano Etna, make excursions to the historic Sicilian cities as Syracuse, Agrigento, Noto, Modica, Palermo, Cefalù, ...

A 20 m from the residence have a bus stop for Taormina and neighbors, to 300 m to the railway station, 1.5 kilometers to the A18 motorway, 40 km to the airport of Catania, 40 km to the ferries to Messina .
